Most, if not all, of the vehicles in our auction are either private property impounds, police impounds or are bought by us from individual sellers whom have a clear title. "FOR THIS REASON, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE IN PERSON INSPECTION OF ANY VEHICLE YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BIDDING ON!!!" I will note in the description for each lot whether it is a Mechanic's Lien or a title vehicle. I will also note any information we may know about a vehicle in the description. Most of the time we do not have any information about a vehicle since they are usually impounded from private property or police impounds/accidents. If they are a Mechanic's Lien vehicle, we will have a packet that you will need to fill out to send to the BMV to get a title. We can explain this process if you have any questions. Our auctions are on the last Tuesday of every month unless that Tuesday falls on a major holiday. You can start bidding as soon as the auction is online and you have registered. The first lot will close at 4:00pm with a soft close and each consecutive lot thereafter every 1 minute after the previous lot. However, if someone bids on a lot it will extend the closing time out 1 minute. All lots need to be paid for at the close of the auction and removed from the lot by Friday same week as the auction. We accept cash, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or money order (all of which need to be made payable to C & C Auctioneering. We can accept VIsa or Mastercard but we do charge a10% fee on the total balance due. We will not accept Visa or Mastercard on any out of state buyers. Only Certified or Cashier's checks will be accepted.
