I point to wear and tear and try to make note in the lot descriptions. You are bidding on mostly used items. Expect wear. Check pictures. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. Any lots not approved for shipping are subject to being forfeited or increased fees. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice.
